Job Context
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Head Office (HQ). This role is designed to develop future professionals through department-specific training and hands-on involvement. Candidates will be appointed department-wise based on their educational background, skills, and career interests. The selected MTOs will contribute to marketing initiatives, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational development.

Job Responsibilities
Work and receive structured training in the assigned department (Marketing / Sales / Operations / Sales Operations)
Assist in preparing and executing marketing and promotional campaign plans
Participate in strategy formulation and implementation within the respective department
Support day-to-day departmental operations, reporting, and coordination activities
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and operational data where applicable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans
Contribute to the improvement of organizational practices and internal processes
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required by management
Follow company policies, standards, and professional ethics at all times
