Job Context:
∎ A-One Polar Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Industry & a sister concern of one of the largest group of company Micro Fibre Group which is located at Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj. We are looking for some energetic, creative, dynamic and dedicated people as Management Trainee Officer.
∎ Management Trainee Officer (HR, Admin, Compliance, Co-ordination).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be a quick learner.
∎ Should be pro-activeness for duties & responsibilities.
∎ Must be able to adjust with the new assignment.
∎ Have good internal & external communication skill.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, procedure, protocols and processes.
∎ Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in disciplinary hearings.
∎ Follow up with the concern department about the given task.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication with computer skills & good command in English.
