Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. (Will be tested during interview process).
Strong cultural awareness and understanding of Chinese business etiquette
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
High level of motivation, adaptability, and a strong desire to build a career in international export/import
Willingness to undertake international travel to China and potentially relocate for a period
Act as a linguistic and cultural bridge, supporting senior managers in communications with existing Chinese clients, distributors, and partners.
Rotate through the logistics department to master export procedures, shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.), and China-specific import regulations and customs clearance processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt global campaigns for the Chinese audience, including translation, localization of content, and understanding digital platforms like WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin.
Lead or contribute to specific projects aimed at improving our market entry strategy or operational efficiency in China.
