Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics or any other quantitative subject from any reputed public university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the management on day-to-day tasks, meetings, and strategic discussions to gain insights into leadership and decision-making processes.
∎ Assist in various projects and initiatives led by the Managing Director-this may involve research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives, providing input and recommendations.
∎ Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely information exchange.
∎ Help identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and work on solutions under the guidance of the Managing Director.
∎ Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years

∎ Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
