Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Finance, Accounts from reputed public/private university. (Preferably from IBA, DU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB, BUP etc.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to construct brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Plan & present marketing and branding ideas, produce advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
∎ Conduct market analysis, competitor's analysis and analysis of customer behaviors to assist on new product development.
∎ Planning and assist in execution of all ATL & BTL communications i.e campaigns, events, sponsorships and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Assist in forecasting, profitability and ROI analysis, resource utilization and materials allocation for new and existing products.
∎ Support in the creative process i.e., designing for outlet layout, packaging, brochure and social media posts on regular day to day basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Specialized in Brand Promotion, Brand communication, Business Development, Media Management, Activation management and PR.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
