Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn, develop and perform in a manufacturing environment
∎ Gain understanding of workflow, employee relations and processes through hands-on experience with production and operations while working with management team
∎ Contribute to process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
∎ Actively pursue learning objectives and seek additional opportunities for growth and development
∎ Participate and support all team activities
∎ Regular and punctual attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all policies and procedures are essential functions of this job
