Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed public or Private university.
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed public or private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Industrial Engineering, Cutting, Sewing, Quality Control, Production Planning, CAD, HR, Admin.
∎ Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
∎ Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting position.
∎ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
∎ Self- Motivated towards career growth and learning.
∎ Proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Dynamic, Motivate, Energetic, Pro-Active.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
