Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IE
∎ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) preferable in SUST, CUET, RUET, KUET, AUST.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on knit garments (T-Shirt, Polo, legging, fleece Jkt etc) construction & Implementation.
∎ Ability to make operation bulletin with right SMV.
∎ Thorough knowledge on various sewing machines, work aid & attachments.
∎ Ablity to calculate SMV by using time study technique.
∎ Ablilty to identify bottle neck operation and solve the problem by implementing IE/work study technique.
∎ Ability to make physical layout with proper Line balancing skill.
∎ Experience on line feeding with APM, Line chief, supervisor & quality controller.
∎ Identify and eliminate unnecessary motion and process from production line.
∎ Develop method to achieve maximum output with minimum effort.
∎ Willing to work long time on production floor.

∎ Knowledge in MS Office.
