Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Management Trainee Program is a twelve-month program that focuses on operational management including, production, quality assurance, supply chain, sales & marketing and internal support functions.
∎ The Management Trainee Program provides the opportunity to move through several rotational assignments within the organization. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of operations and a broad range of skills.
∎ Quickly acquire knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Work as project members in different functional projects, as assigned by corresponding functional head.
∎ Engage in diverse range of work, from minute operational execution to high level strategic planning in various departments, including hands on work at production floor to Sales outlets, day to day reporting, data-entry, Operational planning, Project Coordination, Project lead, Innovation lab, Strategic Planning etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Good Communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential as the position requires engagement with expats.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ A 'Challenge seeker' with 'Can Do' attitude with motivation and drive.
∎ Demonstrated energy and attitude to drive innovation and enable high performing team environment.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application.
