Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day supervision of construction/ Electrical/ Mechanical work of new project with ensuring proper methodology, progress and report to line manager.
∎ Responsible for all areas of civil/electrical/mechanical engineering in new project.
∎ To coordinate with authority, design team and top management regarding drawing and material specifications.
∎ Must have good understanding in Workplace Safety and Security Issues.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining quality of work.
∎ Able to manage, supervise and actively participate in the project management to finish work as per design, standard and quality.
∎ Prepare the requisition of Require Materials and forwards it for procurement.
∎ Assist to organizing and conduction of labor orientation at field.
∎ Plan and prepare construction/ Electrical/ Mechanical schedules, monitor progress against established schedules.
∎ Help to perform Electrical/ Mechanical planned preventive maintenance and emergency support.
∎ Coordinate with other root level worker for smoother Working Activity.
∎ Assist to maintenance of Substation, Generator and fire fitting equipment.
∎ Prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual reports on improvement of new project.
∎ All other tasks assigned by the management.
