Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Veterinary Science
∎ or University degree in Food Engineering/ Technology/ Microbiology/ Agriculture Economics/ Business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Management Trainee Program is a twelve-month program that focuses on operational management including, production, quality assurance, supply chain, sales marketing and internal support functions.
∎ The Management Trainee Program provides the opportunity to move through several rotational assignments within the organization. This rotational process helps develop a solid knowledge base of the functional areas of operations and a broad range of skills.
∎ Work as management trainee in different functions as a project leader, assigned by functional head. At the start of your career, we will provide trainers that will support you every skill you need.
∎ You'll be surrounded by focused, smart and inspiring people with incredible facilities and a diverse team. The management team works with team members to meet their potential and succeed in the line of work.
∎ Quickly acquire knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Engage in diverse range of work, from minute operational execution to high level strategic planning in various departments, including hands on work at production floor to Sales outlets, day to day reporting, data-entry, Operational planning, Project Coordination, Project lead, Innovation lab, Strategic Planning etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Communication skills in English is essentially required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ A 'Challenge seeker' with 'Can Do' attitude with motivation and drive.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, demonstrate innovation, building up high performance teams, develop and act as change agent.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application.
