Job Context:
∎ Management trainee program offers combination of on the job training and mentoring by senior leaders for six month to become future leader in RMG sector.
∎ After completion of successful training and performance evaluation they will be absorbed by various departments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have eagerness in leaning and exploring new ideas so that he can take the ownership of his job.
∎ During training period they have to learn on following topics.
∎ Sewing machine control
∎ Sample making
∎ Quality inspection
∎ Production control
∎ Process improvement
∎ Compliance coordination.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
