Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ Graduation/ Masters/ MBA in Finance & Accounts, CA/ICMA (Partial)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in RMGTextile sector is desirable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Cost analysis in different angles like variance analysis in between standard cost and actual cost and analysis of similar cost of group.
∎ 2. Establish clear ownership of all the company financials, and ensure that timely MIS and other management reports are routinely provided.
∎ 3. Forecast accurately in the monthly MIS the future revenue, cost, profitability, margin, free cash and manpower utilization.
∎ 4. Preparation of any kind of MIS and other reports as required by the company.
∎ 5. Preparation of monthly accounts with cash flow along with schedule.
∎ 6. Prepare post costing report and comparison with pre costing to identify excess consuming scenario.
∎ 7. CMP calculation for garments .
∎ 8. Maintaining & tracking MIS for management report focused on capacity utilization
∎ 9. Report on monthly basis the cost per minute, earning per minute, efficiency achieved, number pf pieces manufactured customer wise and style wise, budget burnt, revenue, billing, cash flows, slippages, key milestone achieved as well as achievable, along with the balance duration of available minutes to complete the order along with a footnote highlighting your understanding of its implication along with all its modules.
∎ 10. Responsible for implementation of SAP along with all its modules.
∎ 11. Responsible for all company law matter as per as Bangladesh Companies Act, 1994 i.e. recording the minutes of board meeting, maintaining various types of register, keeping inventories of equity shares issued etc. Also ensuring that the return as per the Bangladeshi Companies Act, 1994 to submitted in time and arranging all such information as requested therein.
