Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the charges of overall of maintenance functions of a garments factory delivering products to top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of machinery to meet the required quality of the apparels produced and delivered.
∎ Answerable for all mechanical maintenance functions of a huge garments factories with most sophisticated machinery.
∎ Lead and Provide guidance to a team of Maintenance personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factory's production.
∎ Making plan for the overall maintenance jobs of the factory to ensure that all the necessary machines, equipment/electrical systems are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factory.
∎ Make sure that the machines are adjusted; folders/ equipments are updated in accordance with the styles.
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipments and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with Technical/QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements and receive their instructions/recommendations and act accordingly. Pass such instructions/recommendations to all the maintenance personnel.
∎ Plan and handle maintenance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality
∎ Make sure that, the maintenance personnel are aware of the quality and related maintenance requirement of the particular buyers and train and educate them to maintain the machinery/equipment/ maintenance measures needed for the quality requirements throughout the production processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 10-15 years of experience in highly reputed garments/textiles factories engaged in business with world-class customers/brands out of which 5 to 7 years in supervising the overall maintenance functions of a garments/ textile factories for renowned branded buyers.
∎ Capable to handle the machinery intended for most critical buyers/brands/styles
∎ Familiarity with the most advanced version of modern machinery and related maintenance equipments for highly sophisticated garments factory
∎ A very good familiarity with attachment folders and related equipments.
∎ Ability to make attachments /folders will be an added advantage.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted Machine Maintenance requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
