Responsibilities & Context:
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and service records.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all maintenance operations.
Support the pre-opening setup by ensuring all technical systems are operational.
