∎ There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB head Office, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:
∎ Job Summary: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department through organizing and managing the schedules and work of maintenance technicians, while advising and assisting in the repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
∎ Works with support service officer to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
∎ Assesses building systems to plan work assignments.
∎ Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members skills and experience.
∎ Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
∎ Prepares maintenance bills (monthly report) for finance
∎ Ensures and gives priority to LAMB's access to 24 hr electricity and water
∎ Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
∎ Inspects work performed by team members.
∎ Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
∎ Works with support service officer to coordinate topics for safety meetings.
∎ Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
∎ Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
∎ Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least five years working experience in facility maintenance, preferred management experience. Capable of operating MS Word, MS Excel. Ability to speak, read and write simple English.
Salary:
∎ Around Tk. 18,000- 22,000 per month gross depending on experience and qualifications.
