Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and set Label and Wrapping Machines for various bottle sizes (250ml, 400ml, 500ml).
Identify and troubleshoot machine problems to minimize downtime.
Operate and monitor the Cooling Tunnel Machine to maintain optimal performance.
Collect required Labels and LDPE films from the store daily as per approved requisition.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication tasks.
Manually feed lubricants to conveyor points to ensure smooth operation.
Assist in maintaining proper production records and machine log sheets.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure continuous improvement in machine efficiency and product quality.
