Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in procurement and supply chain including: collecting quotes, follow-up with vendors, processing documents for approval and handing small cash purchases/Payment Process etc.
∎ Stock keeping of admin supplies in Dhaka level, including receiving of goods, managing goods on transit, arranging delivery of material, maintaining stock and stock registers as necessary
∎ Receive and record Purchase Request forms
∎ Monitor and track all inventory and maintain the Inventory Report
∎ Update and manage the procurement tracker and share with relevant staff.
∎ Update and manage the Assets data at Dhaka level and share with IT focal person.
∎ Update and manage the Contract tracker and share with Operation.
∎ Issue Purchase Orders for minor procurement and provide timely follow-up with vendors to ensure deadlines are met
∎ Support in archiving of procurement, admin, inventory and assets documentations in accordance with organizational guidelines; maintain proper filing system
∎ Arrange travel and logistics for staff and visitors including hotel and flight bookings, airport pick-up and maintaining the flight tracker if necessary, for RI staffs in Dhaka.
∎ Manage vehicle movements for the Dhaka office by planning and assigning the drivers as per the vehicle requests for the team in Dhaka.
∎ Maintain and update the accommodation tracker to monitor staff and visitor housing needs
∎ Perform any other duties is assigned by Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to prioritize, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ 2-3 years' work experience in procurement/supply chain or related field, preferably with NGOs
∎ Able to work independently and within a team.
∎ Diligent in work processes.
∎ Flexible in schedule, attitude and work prioritization.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software, particularly Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Word and MS Excel. Adobe suite preferred.
∎ Fluency in English & Bangla.
∎ Women are highly recommended to apply.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
