Job Context:
∎ DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase-III Inclusive Project (FD 7).
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing logistics and Procure of different construction items, particularly Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant and other materials
∎ Maintaining stock register, regular monitoring
∎ Preparation of requisition whenever available materials are below threshold level
∎ Store house maintenance and monitoring
∎ Collection of quotation, CS making, including bill summary and preparing other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
∎ Conflict management, stress handling
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Procurement planning, Financial rules and regulation, Budget control, VAT and Tax related rules and regulation, Logistic and procurement.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills
