Minimum 8 years of proven work experience
Minimum 3 years of work experience at a Senior Management Level in International NGOs, Multinational Organizations, Embassies and International Institutions.
International work experience as an expatriate will be given preferences.

Excellent relationship building, management skills and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills;
Ability to lead and manage change
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Advanced Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate needs and make recommendations.
Ability to believe and follow ACF`s principles and values.
