Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
• Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economics

• Master Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management/ Economics/ MBA/ Management or relevant field

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of proven work experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience at a Senior Management Level in International NGOs, Multinational Organizations, Embassies and International Institutions.

• International work experience as an expatriate will be given preferences.

Skills:

• Excellent relationship building, management skills and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills;

• Ability to lead and manage change

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requests and priorities

• Advanced Analytical and Problem-solving skills

• Ability to anticipate needs and make recommendations.

• Ability to believe and follow ACF`s principles and values.

• Ensure the logistical performance of the Country Office and coordinate its implementation to provide the best support to the programs
