Job Context:
∎ Emergency WASH relief for Flood Affected Population in Teknaf.
∎ Logistics & Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring that emergency flood response project`s logistics, documentation & admin related issues are managed in such a way that meets NGOF & NCA`s compliance. The position requires active interaction and communication with Logistics and Procurement Officer & Finance and Admin Officer & program staffs to maximize the impact of the program.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2021

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the logistics & procurement department.
∎ Inventory Management (MRR, Bin Card, Challan) & Physical Monitoring.
∎ Project store and warehouse Management (Update Regularly).
∎ Personal files, fixed assets, Leave register and any other registers as required.
∎ Preserve of all correspondence and respective documents, files, reports confidentially.
∎ Vehicle Management and log book check / Update regularly.
∎ To assist the cash and bank transaction of the Project Office.
∎ Distribution the cash payment among the field workers (Volunteers) and petty cash management (if required).
∎ Market visit for spot quotation collection and sample checkup.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and codes of conduct
∎ Expertise to handle the donor funded project
∎ Strong team management and motivation skills in teamwork and networking
∎ Strong analytical skills: secondary/primary data analysis
∎ Sound knowledge on Book-keeping, recording in cash book, ledger book, preparing the financial and accounts statements and Procurement, Logistics, HR & Admin is essential.
∎ Qualitative data analysis and compilation skill
∎ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge about MS Word, MS Excel and other computer task.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
