∎ Experience of managing financial resources and budgets

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
∎ Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
∎ Create and manage budgets.
∎ Assist for functioning of all office utility services - electricity, water, telephone services etc. and timely payment of bills of the same.
∎ Ensure the goods arrive on time and delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations.
∎ Ensure that quality, quantity, beneficiary's satisfaction and financial commitments are met.
∎ Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Compile quarterly requests for office supplies for summiting to the Procurement Committee for purchasing.
∎ Ensure that all files and record updating & maintaining in accordance with donor & organization policies.
∎ Ensure logistics support to any kind of workshop, training, meeting.
∎ Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and different stakeholders.
∎ Manage and develop logistics staff.
∎ Review all processes, systems, design and implement new plans and procedures as needed.
∎ Creating and maintaining contingency plans.
∎ Manage the safety and security of establishment including handling emergency situations, patrolling areas and preparing reports.
∎ Manage admin relating to travel of staff and visitors: visa, tickets, arranging transfer/fleet and accommodation arrangements.
∎ Maintain a log of all leases/ agreements and inform timely to PC and CE for renewal/ further action on the same.
∎ Ensure Occupational Health & Safety of team members & casual workers.
∎ Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
∎ Prepare periodic report & send to Management/Donors.
