Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with the vendors, factories and internal parties for day-to-day manual ID closing for courier, airfreight, sea-air, air-sea or Ocean shipment.
∎ Follow up Bi-weekly audit report (e.g. courier shipment and US first sales program), co-ordinate with vendors & internal parties for any exception management
∎ Prepare the weekly declaration list & follow up import/export non-lodgement.
∎ Assist to update the shipment reason code into Infonexus to ensure system visibility available to the entire supply chain management
∎ Follow up OBL surrender report and co-ordinate with vendor/factories to ensure the OBL submission to carriers complete/ontime for shipment ex. BD
∎ Monitor the outstanding documents upload via e-Docs completely by follow up the DDN report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to handle coordination in matrix network
∎ Adopt to the muti-national environment
∎ Strong sense of urgency, ability of mutipulte tasks & ownership
∎ Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
∎ Good communication skills, written and verbal
∎ Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English
