• Driving motorcycle is required.
• Finally selected candidates have to deposit Tk. 20,000 as security money of which 25% have to deposit at the time of joining and the rest amount will be deducted in 10 equal monthly installments from salary. The amount of security money is refundable with interest as per RDRS policy.

No. 00143-175-00192) is a leading national development organization in Bangladesh working for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country with a focus on northwest Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as the field program of the Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organization in 1997 under the Trust Act. RDRS provides development services to over 3 million households in 32 districts through its five major program priorities - Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Social Empowerment, Agriculture, Food Security & Climate Change, Microfinance, and Emergency and Humanitarian Response. RDRS Bangladesh is seeking applications for the position of Loan Officer for its Micro-enterprise Programme from Experienced and Non-Experienced persons.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist management in setting up the Annual Plan regarding the ME Loan.
• Implement the program as per plan following the policy. Identify the entrepreneurs and plan to develop them.
• Arrange to train the program participants on financial literacy and skill development.
• Prepare the profile of the client prepare the loan proposal and disburse the loan accordingly.
• Frequent and regular follow-up to ME clients and ensure 100% recovery.
• Collect the savings and repayment of loan money as per schedule.
• Deposited the collected loan money properly. Linkage the program participants to related agencies and marketing of products.
• Maintain and preserve all the related records safely. Monitor utilization of loan money properly as proposed.
• Ensure the Program is on the right track.
• Assist management to review and develop the ME policy as needed.
• Be available to resolve any type of problem regarding the program.
• Collect and compile reports regarding the program as per the requirement of management.
• Maintain liaison with other program staff. From time to time arrange and conduct meetings with the program participants.
• Cooperate with internal and external visitors as and when necessary.
• Represent RDRS ME loan program at the local level forum.
• Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Salary:

A total of 24,500/- Taka per month during the apprenticeship. After successfully completing the 6-month apprenticeship, the total salary will be 26,579/- Taka per month as per the salary structure of the organization.

Annual salary increment, gratuity, festival allowance, medical assistance, incentives, motorcycle loan, motorcycle operating expenses, weekly leave, mobile bill and provident fund etc. will be provided.
