Educational Requirements:
∎ We need a self-motivated and energetic individual with Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, International development, social sciences. Also, a Master's degree is strongly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least three years of proven and successful track record as a technical advisor or project manager in the field of Food Security & livelihoods, skills and economic development; Proven experience in Food Security and livelihood programming in a post-emergency context, private sector engagement, or economic development; S/he should have experience working in Bangladesh with a range of a local partners in the field of economic empowerment and/or Food Security and livelihoods.
∎ As well as experience with dealing multi-donor funded livelihood projects, team management and ensuring technical support. S/he should have excellent English writing skills and ability to communicate technical information in an easy to understand, informative and collaborative manner. Should have experience with project cycle management and project management tools such as logical frameworks, work plans, budgets and monitoring plans.

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 108,589.00 to Tk. 122,162.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
