Job Responsibilities:
∎ Livelihood Specialist will provide technical oversight of Plan Bangladesh's (PIB) portfolio of decent work programming in close coordination with Senior Project Manager of Australian Humanitarian Partnership Project. She/he will coordinate strategy and operations of this project and assist with the design of activities related to decent work. She/he will be responsible for ensuring that the project implementation is of the highest quality. The Livelihood Specialist will develop SOPs, train field staff and oversee the quality of implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a Bangladeshi Nation who is competent and committed professional holding At least Masters in International development, social sciences, international relations, human rights with at 3 - 4 years' Proven experience in livelihood programming in a post emergency context, private sector engagement or economic development in National and/or International Organizations. Prior experience of working in greater Chittagong Division is a plus, preferably in international development organization as well as good understanding & knowledge about Humanitarian architecture of the Rohingya Response its operating and regulatory environment. Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox's Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage.
