∎ Proven experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media accounts.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
∎ Strong understanding of content marketing, LinkedIn strategy, and analytics.
∎ Creative, proactive, and able to adapt content for a professional audience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create, curate, and manage high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, and multimedia tailored to our target audience.
∎ Develop and maintain a LinkedIn content calendar to ensure consistent, timely posting.
∎ Monitor and join relevant conversations, groups, and threads on LinkedIn to represent the business and foster engagement with potential clients.
∎ Proactively connect with and nurture relationships with industry professionals and potential leads through comments, messages, and group participation.
∎ Collaborate with Head of Strategic Marketing and to align content and engagement strategies with business development goals.
∎ Track and analyze engagement metrics; refine content and outreach strategies based on performance.
∎ Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness.
