• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food to order in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food service.

• Cook and plate dishes in line with restaurant standards and guest preferences.

• Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and kitchen equipment.

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and rotation.

• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
