• Minimum 3 years’ experience in liability sales or branch banking in a reputed Bank.        

• Experience in managing institutional deposits will be highly preferred.

• Sound knowledge of retail liability products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The Liability Sales RM will be primarily responsible for driving the branch’s liability business with a strategic focus on acquiring and growing low-cost and institutional deposits.

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank individual, business and institutional clients to onboard CASA and Term Deposits with a strategic focus on low-cost and stable funding sources.

• Identify and target prospective institutional clients including large proprietorships, partnerships, private/public limited companies, educational institutions, hospitals, NGOs, Associations and trusts for bulk and transactional deposit mobilization.

• Promote customized cash management and collection solutions for institutional and business accounts to support recurring inflows, enhance fund stickiness and deepen client relationships.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued deposit mobilization and product cross-sell.

• Ensure zero tolerance for documentation discrepancies or compliance lapses.
