Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Group of Companies, Labor Law, Lawyer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Law Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing legal notice, letters, agreement and complaint
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal document for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Design and oversee the company policy and position on legal matters.
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ Meeting and discussing with Panel Lawyers at the office.
∎ Collection documents and relevant papers for new cases and forwarded to the concerned person.
∎ Maintaining Court Dairy with up to date case status.
∎ Executing KRA works which allotted by Management.

Salary: Negotiable
