Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding the regulations and laws governing the aviation industry, including international treaties like the Montreal Convention and Warsaw Convention.
∎ Understanding the cultural nuances and legal implications of different travel destinations
∎ Familiarity with legal research tools and travel industry software
∎ Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with airlines, travel partners, and clients
∎ Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with airline operations and travel services
∎ Ensuring the agency complies with aviation regulations, safety standards, and data protection laws
