∎ Professional fluency in English (written & spoken) with proven legal drafting skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in daily legal operations, including contract review, legal documentation, and compliance management.
∎ Participate in project contract negotiations to ensure terms align with company interests and local regulations.
∎ Monitor updates in Bangladeshi legal policies and provide risk assessment/mitigation recommendations.
∎ Support dispute resolution/litigation processes and coordinate with external counsel when required.
∎ Perform other legal-related tasks as assigned.
