Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The institution is now inviting applications for the position of Lecturer (English) as per the organization's policy.
∎ Teach English language and literature to secondary/higher secondary level students (as per curriculum).
∎ Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assignments.
∎ Prepare students for board exams (SSC/HSC or equivalent).
∎ Monitor students’ academic progress and provide regular feedback.
∎ Supervise and guide students during study hours in the hostel.
∎ Participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and writing competitions.
∎ Collaborate with other faculty and hostel staff to ensure discipline and student well-being.
∎ Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior.Take part in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
