• Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling Psychology preferred)
• Masters

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Female

• Understanding of student psychology and academic stress

• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• High ethical standards and confidentiality

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage

The institution has been honored with the country’s highest state award, the Shadhinata Padak (2020), and is widely recognized as one of the most renowned and legendary residential schools and colleges for women in Bangladesh.

The institution is now inviting applications for the position of Student Psychologist in accordance with the organization’s policy.

• ·Conduct regular classes and sessions as per the academic schedule of Bharateswari Homes and Kumudini Nursing College

• ·       Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students/residents as required

  ·       Provide individual and group counseling sessions

  ·       Identify emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues and recommend appropriate interventions

  ·       Maintain confidential psychological records and case notes

  ·       Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and life skills

  ·       Refer cases to external mental health professionals when necessary

  ·       Ensure ethical practice and confidentiality at all times.
