Conduct Art & Craft classes effectively as per curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical sessions
Evaluate students through class tests, assignments, and examinations
Participate in co-curricular activities (debate, elocution, drama, writing, etc.)
Maintain academic records and prepare regular reports
Follow institutional rules, authority instructions, and academic policies
Supervise and guide students during hostel study hours
Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
Participate in college events, meetings, and professional development programs
