• Sound knowledge of physical training, sports, and swimming activities

• Ability to manage students during outdoor, indoor, and swimming pool activities

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit, energetic, and capable of conducting swimming training

• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage

• Conduct physical education and fitness classes as per curriculum

• Train students in sports, physical fitness, and discipline

• Conduct and supervise swimming activities safely

• Organize sports events, drills, and annual sports programs

• Ensure students’ safety during physical and swimming activitiesDevelop lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assignments.

• Supervise and guide students during study hours in the hostel.

• Participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and writing competitions.

• Collaborate with other faculty and hostel staff to ensure discipline and student well-being.

• Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior.

• Take part in College events, meetings, and professional development programs.
