The selected candidate will oversee student fee collections, payroll, vendor management, facility upkeep, and statutory compliance, while serving as the primary operational point of contact for parents, staff, and external regulatory bodies. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed, accurate information about the institution, including curriculum, fee structures, and other related queries, via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all admission-related activities, applicant details, and enrollment statistics.

  • Organize and execute admissions-related events, such as open houses, orientation programs, and campus tours, for prospective students and their families.

  • Prepare debit vouchers, credit vouchers, and journal entries, while maintaining various financial records, including cash books, cash receipts and payment books, journals, and ledgers.

  • Ensure effective cash management and prepare monthly cash receipts and payment statements.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and financial statements.

  • Prepare and submit TDS and VDS statements according to local regulations.

  • Write money receipts and support the student fee collection process.

  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation required by the school administration and governing bodies.

  • Administer payroll processes, including the calculation of salaries, deductions, and staff benefits.

  • Manage financial responsibilities such as budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and the timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.

  • Undertake any additional administrative or operational responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities or management.
