Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teachers for Primary to Secondary grades to join our school. Teachers will play a crucial role in educating, motivating, and fostering a positive learning environment, while actively supporting students’ academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards

  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources

  • Assess, record, and report student progress using ​​appropriate assessment methods  

  • Prepare students for Cambridge assessments (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS/A Level as applicable)

  • Promote holistic development through storytelling, play-based activities, projects, and field experiences, nurturing overall development

  • ​Inspire and mentor learners with passion and care

  • Cultivate values, empathy, and positive behavior

​The school seeks teachers with excellent academic and professional backgrounds in:​​

  • ​Strong academic and professional background in the relevant subject(s)

  • Knowledge of Cambridge/IGCSE pedagogy or equivalent curriculum

  • Assessment and classroom management skills aligned with Cambridge standards

  • Creative and project-based teaching experience (preferred)

  • Experience with Montessori & Jolly Phonics methodology (for Pre-primary / Primary)

  • Proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
