Job Context:
∎ As Learning and Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading learning and assessment for Relief International protection program especially SASA! Together methodology. Control quality and quantity of overall learning and assessment process, provide high quality feedback with document, and disseminate key findings related to program impact and best practice. You will exchange knowledge with SGBV manager on SASA! Together methodology and close relationship with UNHCR and partner who implement SASA! Together methodology.

∎ Expected Start Date: January 1, 2020.
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation to learn equipped and inspired to implement of SASA! Together:
∎ Attend basic concept of SASA! Together training
∎ Attend SASA! Together Community Assessment Survey Training
∎ Attend SASA! Together training on learning and assessment tools (expected to organize Technical Assistance by UNHCR)
∎ Lead learning and assessment for Relief International protection program especially SASA! Together methodology:

∎ Design and organize learning and assessment process throughout SASA! Together phase
∎ Provide training to data collector on research ethics, principle and quality interview and/or data collection
∎ Leading and provide technical guidance on data entry, tracking and data analysis to Learning and Assessment Officers
∎ Guide Learning and Assessment Officers to produce 3W,4W and 5W report to subsector and other report in camp level for CP and GBV program
∎ Ensure quality and quantity from all report from Learning and Assessment Officers with collaborate CP and GBV unit leaders
∎ Progress report will be shared to Protection Program Manager and SGBV Manager:
∎ Produce GBV program log-frame and send to Protection Program Manager
∎ Produce and disseminate key findings related to program impact and best practice to Protection Program Manager
∎ Analyse data, which collected from SASA! Together phase to provide quality feedback to SASA! Together team lead (SGBV manager)
∎ Close collaborate with other department M & E staffs to produce program quality outcome and document lesson learned to disseminate to RI
∎ Represent Relief International at relevant sector meetings/training as requested by Protection Program Manager
∎ Ensure written reports to donors and RI senior staff are of the highest quality and completed in a timely manner.
∎ Develop monthly work plans in advance and present to protection program manager.
∎ Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International policies are applied in the work with women, girls and vulnerable persons
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor and Protection Program Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in research, assessment, data analysis and experience working in refugee
∎ camp preferable
∎ Demonstrate expertise skill and knowledge on research, statistic and data analysis
∎ Understand research ethic and have basic knowledge on basic interview techniques
∎ Be familiar with learning and assessment tools and able to arrange data collection, analysis and able to provide feedback to RI protection program
∎ Excellent knowledge on human right, women right, women empowerment and community-based protection mechanism
∎ Respect people and community
∎ Must adhere to GBV Core Guiding Principles and international humanitarian principles and standards for GBViE
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating training, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ Flexibility
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Good command in Rohingya or Chittagonian, an asset

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
