∎ Experience in developing and implementing advocacy and outreach strategies, including the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and the media in the sub-district level MAP.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering training and capacity building programs for govt. and non-govt. stakeholders and community members.
∎ Experience in Social Mobilization, executing successful campaign strategies.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluating project activities and in using data to inform program design and implementation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Will be responsible for planning and monitoring the field level activities with the project team members of the field level.
∎ S/he will be responsible for communicating with relevant stakeholders at Upazila, district and sub-national level. He will directly involve in field level advocacy programs on CDRFI and capture the learnings and involve in developing proper awareness and IEC documents considering field context.
∎ S/he will also responsible for arranging sub-national level meetings, seminars and roundtable.
∎ S/he will responsible to accumulate the expenditure documents of the project activities and submit to Finance department.
∎ S/he will be directly reportable to the Project Manager.
∎ S/he will review and compile the updates and field level project progress reports submitted by the Field OfficerBuild strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders through Multi-Actor Platform (MAP)
∎ Monitor all the field level activities, identify the gaps, share lesson learned and prepare monitoring reports.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.
∎ AOSED is a non-political, non-government organization working in the coastal region of Bangladesh since 1999. The organization addresses Water Justice, Environment & Climate Change, Food Security & Agriculture, WASH, and Disaster Management as thematic working area. AOSED and CARE Bangladesh are collaboratively executing the 'Insuresilience Global Partnership (IGP) Multi-Actors Platform (MAP) Climate and Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance (CDRFI)' project (Project Duration: 03 years). The undertaking is intended to be executed in specific upazilas of Bagerhat and Satkhira District. With this in mind, AOSED has formulated a recruitment plan to secure the services of qualified and adept individuals to occupy the following position.
