Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Conversational level English.
∎ Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Computerized Maintenance Management System.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Boiler Maintenance, Electrical/ Electronics, Garments Textile, Power Generation, Water tube Boiler Operation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Dyeing Factory, Engineering Firms, Garments, Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies, Power, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Must be having in depth understanding on automation & control, PLC, servo drive, HMI, AI, calibration, industry 4.0 etc.
∎ 2. Manage & oversee day to day responsibilities to ensure smooth supply of utility (steam, electricity, compressed air, water etc.) to all required areas of the sites (includes production and other areas).
∎ 3. Direct, mentor & coach the team to deliver the best outputs.
∎ 4. Manages the staff, processes, and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation.
∎ 5. Provides functional, technical or process leadership.
∎ 6. Drive efficiency program continuously by comparing self with bench marked data.
∎ 7. Control the installation, repair and upkeep of employers' property, including machines and electrical systems related to his/her job profile.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 1. Must be having in depth understanding on automation & control, PLC, servo drive, HMI, AI, calibration, industry 4.0 etc.
∎ 2. Experience on maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, work performance and performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management.
∎ 3. Experience on implementing improvements of the maintenance processes and personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.
∎ 4. Experience planning and executing periodic, predictive, corrective & condition-based monitoring system to ensure smooth supply of Utility.
