∎ Proven track record with NestJS and React in production environments
∎ Experience with Python for backend or other applications
∎ Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design
∎ Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture
∎ Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
∎ Experience with RESTful API design, GraphQL is a plus
∎ Knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
∎ Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
∎ Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time
∎ Experience with microservices architecture
∎ Familiarity with big data technologies or machine learning frameworks
∎ Contributions to open source projects related to NestJS, React, or PostgreSQL

∎ Designing scalable and robust software architectures using NestJS and React, ensuring seamless integration with PostgreSQL databases
∎ Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
∎ Ensuring the team meets its objectives and deadlines while maintaining high standards of code quality
∎ Developing core components of the application using NestJS for backend services, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable
∎ Utilizing React to create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications
∎ Employing Python for scripts, data processing, or additional backend layers where necessary
∎ Designing, implementing, and optimizing database schemas in PostgreSQL
∎ Ensuring data integrity, security, and performance
∎ Conducting regular code reviews to foster best practices, ensure code quality, and maintain code consistency across projects
∎ Staying updated with the latest industry trends in technology like AI, machine learning, or blockchain to potentially integrate into our systems
∎ Working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and ensure the product vision is realized
