Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the holistic safeguarding of Anwar Group of Industries by managing comprehensive security protocols across all offices, manufacturing facilities, and project sites. Provide strategic oversight and co-ordinate proactive threat assessments, robust incident investigations, and continuous surveillance operations. Inspire a high-performing security workforce while maintaining seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement agencies.
• Develop and standardize internal security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
• Ensure the strict enforcement and effective safeguarding of all security protocols, including access control systems, surveillance measures, visitor management procedures, and internal movement restrictions across all sites.
• Plan and conduct comprehensive internal threat assessments, security surveys, and fire safety evaluations to identify vulnerabilities, and recommend targeted mitigation strategies.
• Supervise the continuous 24/7 operation of internal security and CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring optimal performance and immediate responsiveness to minimize risks.
• Collaborate and maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including local law enforcement agencies, to ensure the smooth execution of security functions.
• Manage and review investigations into internal security incidents including theft, misconduct, sabotage, trespassing, and workplace violence.
• Compile detailed incident reports and co-ordinate with HR and Legal teams for necessary disciplinary or legal actions.
• Recruit top-tier security guards, and review, assess, and update regular security deployment plans.
• Plan and assess business operations to develop a strategic manpower budget, coordinating closely with the HR team to fulfill staffing requirements cost-efficiently.
• Develop a comprehensive training manual and monitor a structured performance system to ensure all security personnel are thoroughly trained and accountable.
• Ensure all necessary security documents are properly maintained in accordance with company protocols, legal requirements, and partner expectations.
• Report and present detailed analytics on internal security performance, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
