Overview:

RFL Group, a leading local conglomerate known for its excellence in manufacturing, is seeking a Lead-Quality Control (QC) – Light, Fan & Switch Socket to lead and strengthen quality assurance operations at our state-of-the-art production facilities. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professionals to ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product reliability and safety.

  • Conduct quality inspections at different production stages to detect and resolve defects.

  • Implement and maintain ISO, BIS, and other relevant quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to electrical products.

  • Identify root causes of defects and take corrective/preventive actions.

  • Work with R&D, production, and engineering teams to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.

  • Monitor KPIs such as rejection rate, rework percentage, and customer complaints to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure incoming raw materials meet the required quality standards. Lead and mentor the QC team to enhance their technical and analytical skills.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on quality standards, defect identification, and problem-solving techniques.

  • Ensure all test reports, certifications, and quality documents are properly maintained.
