Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, coach and manage a team of local business analysts and application analysts, ensuring workload for support, projects and initiatives is well prioritized and distributed fairly.
∎ Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing application systems, working closely with the other IT departments on various projects and initiatives, as well as day-to-day support.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Manufacturing application processes and systems in coordination with Managers and BAs.
∎ Manage administrative tasks for the team, such as timesheet approval, yearly objective settings and reviews, and report regular status to Manager.
∎ Act as a liaison between the Bangladesh Manufacturing/ Procurement/ Planning users and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Support and drive Manufacturing best practices and standards established by Gildan
