The applicants should have experience in Residential High rise building design will be treated as an added advantage.
Updated knowledge about the latest building material items from home and abroad.
Updated knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code, RAJUK Imarat Nirman Bidhimala & different national and international standards of related field.
Knowledge and practical experience of Interior design and Landscape architecture design will be treated as an added quality.
Full Membership from IAB and RAJUK Nibondhon is a must.

Job Responsibilities
Design of Condominium / Educational Institute.
Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
To work closely with design teams of different project.
To work closely with the site engineers, project manager & other stack holders.
Coordinate with other disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
