• The applicants should have experience as Surveyor, Drafter or AutoCad designer related position.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.

• Understanding of the Local Bangladesh Market.

• Have business sense on maximizing customer experience through store Layout arrangement

• Experience with Modern Distribution & Retail Systems in Bangladesh

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.

• Proficiency in office suite and AutoCAD app.

A leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country is entering Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Layout Development Executive to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

The Layout Development Executive is responsible for designing and optimizing store layouts for various clusters and specific store types, ensuring alignment with company standards. This role focuses on creating innovative, functional and customer-centric layouts for sales areas, rental spaces and promotional zones, with the goal of enhancing customer experience and driving growth in sales, profit margins, and other income streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and create store layouts for Cluster and Specific store types, ensuring shelf and space arrangements meet company standards.

• Analyze store location and building types to develop customized and layout categories suitable for different store formats.

• Develop and implement standardized equipment placement in stores to enhance sales performance and optimize customer flow.

• Create a comfortable and attractive in-store atmosphere while supporting operational supervision needs and brand presence.

• Suggest equipment and furniture designs for new and existing stores, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with Location and Operations teams to gather and analyze store data, keeping an updated store count for planning and reporting purposes.

• Ensure layout drawings are accurate and consistent, with special attention to sub-departments and clear division between food and non-food sections.

• Review and maintain accurate and up-to-date store layout data, coordinating with relevant teams for implementation.
