Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have LL.B (Hon's) & LL.M from any reputed University.
∎ Must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Courts, follow up the cases & report progression.
∎ Manage all the matters of Judge Court.
∎ Draft and prepare legal documents.
∎ Vetting land documents and provide opinion for outstanding of documents.
∎ Interaction with clients & conducting initial meetings with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years experience from the date of enrollment as an Advocate.
∎ Must have experience in conducting Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have ability to draft legal documents in relation to the Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have adequate Knowledge in Computing, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
∎ Proficient in both English and Bengali (oral and written)
∎ Strong communication skills & ability to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
