Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have LL.B (Hon's) & LL.M from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct suits in court.
∎ Manage all the matters of Judge Court.
∎ Draft and prepare legal documents
∎ Communicate the lawyers who are appointed to deal with suits outside of Dhaka and instruct them for next course of action.
∎ Vetting land documents and provide opinion for outstanding of documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 (Three) years experience.
∎ Must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Must have experience in conducting Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have ability to draft legal documents in relation to the Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have adequate Knowledge in Computing, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary:
∎ Starting Tk. 40,000.00 (++)
