Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Candidates having a Foreign Law degree from UK/Australia/New Zealand will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Criminal Law, Land, Tax Law
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Candidate who is enrolled as an advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.
∎ Candidate who is experienced in conducting Artha Rin and Negotiable Instruments Acts cases will get preference.
∎ The freshers are also welcomed to apply. Must have excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Bengali. Must have adequate knowledge of computing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
∎ Conduct the suit in court.
∎ Prepare and draft legal documents.
∎ Manage all the matters both Judge Court as well as High Court.
∎ Communicate the lawyers who are appointed for the outside of Dhaka and instruct them for next course of action.
Salary: Negotiable
